Meditation is the act of calming the mind. As soon as you start, you will begin to feel the benefits. When you click the Begin Your Meditation button you will be presented with photographs to focus on and help you concentrate on your breath.
1. Select a photograph. Choose one that interests you.
2. Gently breathe in. Smile. Gently breathe out.
3. Focus on what you see in the photograph. Smiling. Breathing.
4. Stay as long as you like. Come back often.
I shot all the photos for the Meditation Room while on walks with Luna, my Jack Russel Terrier.
